Most digital transformation programmes in education replace one system and call it a transformation. This one covered the full operating stack of a private law college, from public website to examination process, with analytics running across it.

What we delivered

  • A web content management system, used to build the college site.
  • A learning management system.
  • E-collaboration and e-messaging built on Office 365 for Education.
  • Big data analysis and visualisation covering faculty members and the educational process.
  • Real-time and historic dashboards tracking KPIs and data trends for faculty and teaching.
  • Online surveys, with the results processed through business intelligence systems to extract indicators, identify trends and benchmark performance — used for academic measurement and evaluation of teaching.
  • Electronic test banks, with consultation on their implementation.
  • Consultation and training on e-learning and its applications.
  • Consultation and training on Office 365 for Education.
  • Social media analytics: consultation and implementation.
  • Web analytics: consultation and implementation.

The examination and admissions side of this work later extended to computer-based aptitude testing for applicants. Two generative AI assistants — one for admissions enquiries, one for course content — were added subsequently; those are described under generative AI.
